Jomon's Breeze (Katakamuna) (Limited Edition)

Jomon’s Breeze is a symbolic depiction of spiritual ascension, blending Japan’s ancient cultural heritage with universal themes of transformation, purification, and cosmic connection.

At its center, the さざれ石 (Sazare-Ishi) is surrounded by a purifying aura, representing a gateway that must be passed on the spiritual journey. Pyramids have been discovered in various parts of Japan, believed to have been constructed from natural mountains. These structures are thought to have functioned as bases for cosmic communication. The artwork also incorporates the Katakamuna script, an ancient Japanese cosmological system believed to date back over 12,000 years, symbolizing the profound wisdom of the past. These sacred glyphs represent universal harmony and multidimensional energy, amplifying the artwork’s resonance with the cosmos.

At the apex of the composition, the Shakō Doki (遮光土器) is placed as a guardian. This prehistoric clay figure embodies the wisdom of lost civilizations, with some believing it symbolizes extraterrestrial beings. In the foreground, flowing water represents purification and renewal, while the dynamic interplay of light and color provides viewers with a timeless, transformative experience.
